Step 01

Collect the form

Admission forms are available from the madrasa office in Hilali Sarai, Sambhal.

Step 02

Submit documents

Attach the applicant’s current educational certificates, proof of residence and identity documents.

Step 03

Attend assessment

The admission test or placement date is communicated when the completed form is submitted.

Prepare before applying

  • Applicant identity documents and any guardian documentation requested by the office.
  • Completed institutional application form.

Placement and test

The office assigns the appropriate assessment based on the programme and the applicant’s prior learning. The schedule is provided during form submission.

Residential study

Hostel guidance.

A separate hostel application is required in addition to the academic admission form.

  • The recovered admission policy states a minimum hostel age of 10 years.
  • A character reference or certification from a known Islamic scholar may be requested.
  • Admission to a course does not by itself guarantee hostel accommodation.
  • Families should confirm current fees, rules, available places and required items before arrival.
